The easily portable Sky-Watcher Startravel-102 AZ-Go2 telescope has been specially developed for wireless control via a smartphone or tablet, with the freeware SynScan app for iOS and Android. The AZ-Go2 mount has a built-in WiFi module that creates its own WiFi network, so that the mount can be operated anywhere without an existing WiFi or mobile network. After entering the coordinates into the app and performing a simple alignment procedure, you’re ready to explore the universe with the app’s intuitive touchscreen menus.
The AZ-Go2 mount with the SynScan app enables a fully computer-controlled GoTo control and allows the telescope to automatically align with all objects in the extensive database with more than 10,000 celestial objects.
In the set is the powerful Skyhawk-1145P reflector telescope with a high-quality 114mm parabolic mirror. An all-rounder for observing the moon, bright planets, nebulae, galaxies and star clusters.
