The new high-end Helios Lightquest-HR observation binoculars combine top mechanical and optical design features with exceptionally high performance! It is waterproof to IPX7 standard (0.5m water depth for 30 minutes) and nitrogen-filled for a fog-free view. The binoculars are equipped with single eyepiece focusing and are designed for medium to long observation distances in terrestrial and astronomical applications. The case is made of magnesium alloy, which makes it very light for its size but also very robust. It is also covered with a robust rubber coating. The binoculars are equipped with high-quality BaK-4 prisms used in shock-resistant cages and the optical system is fully multi-coated with broadband. The high-resolution optical system contains lenses and prism coatings with high transmission and a total light transmission of approx. 90%. The lens coatings have an extremely low reflectivity and thus ensure that the maximum amount of light is provided in the eyepiece. The image convinces with vivid colors and a flat and distortion-free image field up to the edges. The improved and innovative eyepiece design (8 elements in 5 groups) incorporates oversized lenses for comfortable observation and enables highly corrected imaging. Foldable eyecups are useful for the eyeglass wearer. The scope of delivery includes lens caps, eyepiece protection, neoprene carrying strap, tripod adapter and a solid, padded carrying case. Scope of delivery: 16×80 binoculars Lens Protective caps Eyepiece protection Neoprene Carrying strap Tripod adapter Carrying case!
