A spirit level allows the mount to be leveled quickly and accurately. Fine movement knobs allow continuous manual tracking of celestial objects. The mount includes 360° tracking gears in both axes (RA and DEC). Metal graduated circles allow objects to be set quickly using celestial coordinates. A polar finder scope is available as an option for more accurate polar alignment. The mount can optionally be retrofitted with motorized tracking in right ascension or in both axes or with a SynScan GoTo control.
