Skywatcher 130mm (5.1″) F/650 Newton mirror telescope with parabolic mirror and EQ2 mount
The Telescope Optics: The Skywatcher Newtonian Telescope Explorer-130P is a great choice for the discerning beginner and earns high praise from more experienced astronomers as well. With the useful opening of 130 mm, combined with a high-quality parabolic mirror, this telescope is a good all-rounder for observing the moon, bright planets, nebulae, galaxies and also star clusters. The Explorer-130P telescopes are equipped with a premium quality parabolic mirror, normally only found in larger and more expensive telescopes, to eliminate spherical errors and provide a sharper image with higher contrast and richer detail. A parabolic mirror collects all incoming light rays in one point for a perfect focus. In addition, we use particularly thin 0.5 mm struts to hang up the secondary mirror, which reduces diffraction effects and light losses. The Telescope Mount: The EQ2 Equatorial Mount allows you to easily track an object using the flexible shafts once it is aligned with Polaris. Scope of delivery: 130mm Newtonian telescope Sky-Watcher EQ2 mount Red dot viewfinder Eyepieces: 10mm & 25mm aluminum tripod with storage plate! Power supply and batteries are not included in the scope of delivery!
