High-quality, waterproof, nitrogen-filled Helios observation binoculars with single eyepiece focusing, developed for terrestrial observation over medium to long distances and for astronomy. The shockproof housing is made of an all-metal construction. It incorporates BAK-4 prisms and a fully multi-coated optical system. The high-resolution optical system consists of lenses with high transmission and prism coatings that allow 92% of the incident light to pass and produce a flat, distortion-free image. The exotic eyepiece design provides oversized lenses and long eye relief. The eyepieces are equipped with foldable rubber eyecups for comfortable viewing even for people who wear glasses. The binoculars are equipped with a tripod connection and threads for accommodating standard 1.25″ astronomical filters in the eyepieces. The housing is black rubber armored.
